Cancellation Policy and Terms
Our goal is to provide smooth and high-quality service to all patients. To ensure this, we kindly ask you to follow the cancellation and rescheduling rules below.
Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- To reschedule or cancel, log in to the patient portal and open the relevant booking in the „My Cabinet“ section.
Late Cancellation and No-Show
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-show, the clinic reserves the right to issue an invoice according to the current price list.
- We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In case of an emergency, we recommend immediately contacting the clinic administrator:
